I have learned so much! I was always eating fewer larger meals, or not giving myself time to eat an adequate breakfast, or even eating a light lunch which would always lead to me eating more at dinner or snacking before bed. I havelearned how important it is to eat more frequently and how helpful it is to never let myself really get hungry! I thought I had been drinking a lot of water before the challenge because of my kidney problems, but I've learned I can always drink more!In addition to the meal plan (with lots of great recipes that I will continue to use), bootcamp has been amazing!!! I feel like a new person after every workout. I have seen such an improvement in my overall attitude and energy,as well as my physical ability and my range of motion. I'm also seeing muscle definition beginning to develop!

I wanted to let you know how much your program and you have made me such a happier person. I was so down in the dumps and everyone around me was feeling the wrath of it. Now that I am exercising daily, eating way better, and cutting back on the alcohol I feel so much better and so do the people closest to me. Although I still have stress in my life, I handle it so much better and all together have a better outlook on life, time, and what is important. I started this journey to lose weight and to look better, but now it is about creating a better life for myself and my family. Thank you so much and I will be continuing with your classes and programs.

My name is Michelle and I am a mother of two. After I had my second baby (just over a year ago) I decided I needed to do something major to get back in shape. I was referred to Emily and to tell the truth I was nervous about meeting with a trainer, but 10 months and and 40 pounds later it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Emily is awesome, her programs make getting fit fun! I have been attending Boot Camp and training with Emily one day a week on the TRX and I feel incredible!! I decided to do the 21 Day Belly Blast Challenge as a way to push through the plateau I was experiencing. The Belly Blast Program is not a diet, it shows you how you should be eating, it is amazing the amount of energy you have and how great you feel after the first week of the program. I would recommend Zug Elite to anyone who is ready to take that first step in to getting in shape!!!

Abby M- Mother of 2. Hi my name is Abby Mattice and I have been working out with Emily since 8 weeks after my c-section August 2011. I started out with no muscles in my core and had not been doing much exercise besides some cardio.
I can now do all the ab work and real push-ups! The first few weeks of workouts with Emily were killer. I hurt for days after, but could tell every time that I was getting stronger.
I did the 1st Belly Blast Contest with Zug Elite Training in November and finished in 2nd place, losing 9 pounds and lots of inches. Emily was there with me 100% of the way and it made it all worth it. The workouts were always different and always fun. I did the 2nd Belly Blast Team Challenge and by the end of that one I have lost 22 pounds total and 5 inches off my waist. I am down in pant sizes.
The food on the the plans are easy to understand and even my family of four could eat what I was making.
I would highly recommend the "Belly Blast Programs"! Thank you Emily for all your help & encouragement through the programs and weekly at Boot camp. You go above and beyond to help us all reach our goals!

I am so glad I found the 21-day belly blast challenge and have appreciated all the help and tools Emily has provided!
Boot camp and personal work outs have made working out fun! Even though the workouts are challenging, the feeling after is amazing. It is rewarding to see results so quickly when you work out and eat right!
During the challenge I have been able to try foods I would not have tried on my own. By cutting out the processed foods I have not had the cravings for junk food and I have more energy when I am feeding my body the RIGHT foods. I have learned portion control and added many more vegetable and protein choices to my meals. Now when I shop, I stick to the perimeter of the store where the produce and "whole" foods are found :)
The belly blast challenge gave me meals already planned out for the convenience of a busy schedule. I have had excuses in the past for not having enough time to make meals. I have really learned, during the challenge, to plan ahead. By having the healthy choices planned I know I will be less tempted to make the wrong food choices.
I am excited to continue this healthy lifestyle! Thank you Emily for all your support!

Emily Zug's (Zug Elite Training) 21 day Belly Blast Challenge was a wonderful experience for me. At first it was tough making the changes to my life style, but after I got through the first week I knew I could make the change. I have not only lost weight and inches, but I feel better with more confidence and energy. I have a very busy schedule, so this plan helped me to get more organized about taking care of myself. It has been a great learning experience and I plan to continue with the additional 21 day Belly Blast plan to reach my goal and to carry on what I have learned to my every day life! The food and workouts were great as well!!

The 21 day challenge was a life-changing experience for me. I found willpower I didn't know I had and I discovered things about myself that I'd never realized.
I realized how much I LOVE going to the grocery store and checking out with a whole cartfull of HEALTHY and FRESH food!
I realized how yummy healthy food can be.
I realzied how much money I save by planning and packing healthy meals and snacks instead of running to the cafeteria or for fast food last minute.
I realized how much better I feel when I'm eating healthy.
I realized how much I ATE and SNACKED before I took the challenge!
I realized that making little changes, like a cup of hot tea instead of a glass of wine at night, are not too hard to make.
Most importantly, this challenge reminded me that I am strong and can do whatever I set my mind to. This experience is just the beginning of a new and improved lifestyle for ME! Thank you Emily for giving me the kickstart I needed!
