" I have an autoimmune deficiency and was told paleo diet will help. I don't have sugar cravings anymore. I don't have as much joint pain anymore. I learned to prepare and freeze meals ahead so they are ready to eat on the go and this kept me on track the entire time. I did not feel the urge to cheat. What you you say to someone considering a challenge at ZET? Do it! It helped to have a focus, not just a goal. Everyone is very supportive. Classes can be modified to your fitness level so there are alternatives if needed. -Tonya B.
